Formed in 2007, Greenman Alliance attracted talent for companies and organizations engaged in the demand and supply sides of energy, corporate sustainability, the carbon and building sectors, climate and the environment, and naturally, in the water economy. Greenman Alliance also became part the “green jobs” conversation by bringing context and methods to individuals and organizations surrounding this new “sustainable workforce.” Sustainability is embraced as the way to live and integral to authentically serving clients and candidates.
Greenman Alliance brought recruitment, human resources and sustainability professionals together to advance a mutual vision to leave the planet cleaner then they found it. Some have since moved on, and as the original core, others have become Bright Blue Alliance, continuing to selectively serve the clients of Greenman Alliance.

As part of Greenman Alliance’s effort, a sustainable coaching service was established, partnering with Jonathan Flaks, Master Certified Coach. With this program, an individual clarifies and builds their positioning in the “green jobs” economy, and creates and executes upon focused job search strategies. With like-mindedness, Jonathan is an expert in coaching high-achieving individuals and teams.
